Learned counsel for the Appellant-Insurance Company submits that, the matter is amicably settled between the parties in the "Lok Adalat". Accordingly, the 'Consent Terms' have been filed before the "Lok Adalat" and its photocopy is also produced on record at 'Annexure-A'. 2.

In view thereof, the Appeal stands disposed off as withdrawn. 3.
