Both the learned counsel point out that there is a typographical error in paragraph no.2, line (1) where the numerical figure is mentioned as 'Rs.7,99,850/-' instead of 'Rs.13,45,000/-'.

The amount as mentioned in paragraph (2), line (1) of order dated 27 September, 2023 should be corrected as 'Rs.13,45,000/-' in place of 'Rs.7,99,850/-'. Rest of the order remains as it is.
