Perused the affidavit tendered by the Superintendent of Police. The Court expresses satisfaction as the affidavit disclosed the entire details as were expected.

It appears that the detailed investigation of the trail of amount which has gone into the account of the applicant was investigated. During the said investigation, it was noticed that the applicant is not the beneficiary of the amount. 3.

It is further informed through affidavit that the co-accused who is the beneficiary of the amount is one Mr. Chirag Shaha who is already impleaded as accused.

As such, learned APP on instructions from the investigation akn 1/2

In view of above, the ad-interim protection order stands confirmed.

In the event of arrest of applicant in crime no. 161 of 2021 registered with Karmala police station for the offence punishable under section 409, 406, 420 r/w. 34, applicant be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

7.

The applicant shall attend the Investigating Officer as and when directed.

8.

The applicant shall neither tamper with evidence nor influence the witnesses in any way.

9.

The application stands disposed of.
