Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. 3.

By this application, the applicant seeks relaxation of condition No. (iv) of the order dated 27th July, 2015 passed by this Court (Coram : Smt. Mridula Bhatkar, J.) in Criminal Bail Application No. 1362 of 2015. Clause (iv) of the said order dated 27th July, 2015 reads thus:

"(iv) The applicant shall stay out of the jurisdiction of the village Dahiwadi and Satara City for a period of 4 months from today, except when he is required to attend the Court dates and immediately thereafter, shall get out of the Satara city."

Learned Counsel for the applicant states that the applicant is a Member of the Panchayat Samiti of Village Maan, District Satara. He submits that Panchayat Samiti has sent him a notice of a meeting which is to be held on 27th August, 2015 and that it is further stated in the notice that if the applicant does not remain present for the said meeting, then his membership will be cancelled. In view of the said letter, which is annexed as Exhibit `B' at page 11 to the application, applicant is permitted to attend the Panchayat Samiti Meeting at Maan on 27th August, 2015, which is to be held in Satara. 5.

Accordingly, the said condition No. (iv) is modified to the extent that the applicant is permitted to visit Satara for the said meeting on 27th August, 2015 and return back on the same day.

The application is disposed of accordingly.

The applicant is at liberty to file a fresh application for complete relaxation of condition No. (iv). If such application is made, the same shall be considered on its own merits.
