By this petition, filed through Legal Services Authority, the petitioner seeks his transfer from Kolhapur Central Prison to Dumka Central Prison, Jharkhand.

Mr. Konde-Deshmukh, learned Addl.P.P. has tendered a letter dated 28th April 2024 alongwith the documents, which evidences transfer of the petitioner from Kolhapur Central Prison to Dumka Chaitanya Jadhav 1/2

4-Wp-3356-2018.doc Central Prison, Jharkhand. The said letter dated 28th April 2024 and other documents evidencing the same, are taken on record. It appears that the petitioner is transferred, as stated aforesaid, on 6th January 2024.
