It is the grievance of Petitioner that, the case i.e. Sessions Case No.146 of 2010 arising out of C.R.No.47 of 2010 registered with Manpada Police Station, Kalyan has not yet commenced. 2.

In view of above, we direct the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kalyan seized of Sessions Case No.146 of 2010 arising out of C.R. No.47 of 2010 registered with Manpada Police Station, Kalyan, District Thane, to conclude the trial of said case within a period of one year from the date of receipt of present Order.

Petition is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
