Learned APP has invited our attention to the fact that the judgment and order dated 21/09/2013 passed by this court has been questioned in SLP No. 43655 of 2018 before the Hon'ble Apex Court. Hon'be Apex court has on 11/1/2019 ordered suspension of the sentence of imprisonment and his release on appropriate terms and conditions. Accordingly, he has been released by suspending the sentence on 29/1/2019. The communication received by the office of the learned APP from nilegaonkar 1/2
