Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner. The only prayer made in this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is for directing the Divisional Commissioner to expeditiously decide the Revision Application / Appeal preferred by the Petitioner. The Revision Application/ Appeal has been filed on 16th August, 2013. If according to the Petitioner, there is a grave urgency which requires that priority should be given to the disposal of the Revision Application/ Appeal, it is for the Petitioner to make an application to the Divisional Commissioner. If a case is made out for grant of priority, we are sure that necessary priority will be granted by the Divisional Commissioner. Subject to what is observed above, the Petition is disposed of. (C.V.
