1) Mr. Inamdar, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner would submit that the Petitioner has already been dismissed from service by order dated 27 October 2023. In that view of the matter, he will have to institute a substantive complaint challenging the dismissal order dated 27 October 2023. He would accordingly seek leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to adopt appropriate remedies in respect of the order dated 27 October 2023. Reserving the liberty so prayed for, the Writ Petition is permitted to be withdrawn and disposed of.

All contentions raised in the petition are left open.
