In each of these matters, the learned AGP has filed the Affidavit-in-Reply dated 29th January, 2025 through Ms. Smita Bandusing Gaud, Assistant Director of Education, Kolhapur region. 2.

The learned AGP submits that these petitions can be disposed off, since the concerned Authority would entertain the fresh proposal filed by the Management in the light of the Government Resolutions Dated 29th April, 2024 and 3rd October, 2024.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners' submits that Petitioner No.2 Management in all these matters would tender a fresh proposal within 15 days.

By recording the above statements, these three Writ Petitions are disposed off.

Needless to state, the Respondent No.2 Authority would follow the due procedure laid down in law and grant a

reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the stake holders and then pass a reasoned order, within a period of 45 days from the date of the receipt of the proposals.
