At the outset, as soon as the matter was called out, learned counsel for the applicant, sought leave to withdraw this application, as the trial has commenced, inasmuch as, charge have been framed in the said case. Learned Counsel, however, requests, that the trial of the applicant be expedited, since charge has been framed.

Application is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn. However, having regard to the fact that charge has been framed in the said case, the trial of the applicant is expedited.
