This civil application has been filed by the applicants seeking early hearing of the related writ petition i.e.

Priya Soparkar 2 caw 2351-19 in wp 4281-17 Writ Petition No.4281 of 2017. Applicants are respondents in the writ petition.

By order dated 9th July, 2018, the related writ petition was admitted for hearing alongwith an adinterim stay. 4.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties and considering the subject matter of the related writ petition, court is of the view that an early hearing of the same is called for.
