Papers are allowed to be produced on production board on the praecipe filed by the learned counsel for the Petitioners.

Mr.Patil, the learned counsel for the Petitioners, on instructions, states that during pendency of these petitions, Respondent No.2 has already granted approval for appointment of the Petitioners to different posts described in prayer clause (b) to the petition.

We are informed that the consequential benefits of according the Petitioners' name in the Shalarth ID has been rejected by the Dy. Director of Education.

In our view, since the approval has already been granted to the appointment of the Petitioners to the posts on which they were appointed, the Dy. Director or the concerned Authority has to record the names of each Petitioner in the Shalarth ID within two weeks from today. The Respondent No.2 shall also release all the consequential 3/4

benefits to the Petitioners including the payment of salary in favour of the Petitioners including grant in favour of the Management on such approval.

The Writ Petitions are disposed of in the aforesaid terms.

It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the approval order passed by the Education Officer during the pendency of these petitions.

The parties to act on an authenticated copy of this order.
