None appears on behalf of the respondent though he is served by private notice in terms of the order dated 11.09.2019 passed by this Court. The applicant has filed affidavit of service which is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification. 3.

This is an application for transfer of the proceedings filed by the respondent-husband from the Court of the Civil Judge Senior Division, Barshi, Solapur to the Family Court at Thane. The marriage between the parties was solemnized on 22.05.2010. Out

Pradnya Bhogale 2 925 mca 270-19.doc of the wedlock the couple was blessed with three children namely Master Piyus aged 8 years, Miss Sneha aged 3 years and Miss Riya aged 8 months. The applicant as well as the respondent are both working in the C.I.S.F. and are staying at Vashi but posted at Mumbai. The Divorce proceedings are filed by the respondenthusband at Solapur. It is stated by the applicant that the applicant as well as the respondent are staying in the service quarter at Vashi, the proceedings are filed by the respondent at Solapur only with a view to harass the applicant. The applicant has to look after her three minor children and has also to attend her duties. 4.

The respondent has not appeared despite service of notice. Considering the circumstances on record and as the applicant as well as the respondent are residing at Vashi, the present application deserves to be allowed and is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
