Counsel for the applicant, on instructions, submits that an amount of Rs.9,00,000/- shall be deposited in the pending suit being R.C.S.No.209 of 2021 on the file of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Solapur within a period of six weeks from today. Statement accepted. 3.

Civil Judge, Senior Division, Solapur is directed not to permit the withdrawal of the said amount unless and until the lis between the parties is decided on merits.

Considering the nature of allegations against the applicant in the FIR and having regard to the fact that the amount involved in the offence is secured by the aforesaid deposit, the ad-interim protection ordered in favour of the applicant stands confirmed. 5.

In view of the above, until further orders, in the event of arrest of the applicant in Crime No.852 of 2021 registered with Mohol Police Station, Solapur for the offences punishable under Sections 420 read with 406 of the Indian Penal Code, he be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount. The applicant shall attend the Investigating Officer on 19th, 21st, 1/2
