IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY
CIVIL APPELLATE JURISDICTION WRIT PETITION NO.12710 OF 2016 Rajesh Kisan Pawar ... Petitioner V/s.
Narhari Balu Sawant ... Respondent None for the petitioner.
CORAM
: AMIT BORKAR, J.
DATED : JANUARY 15, 2025 P.C.:
1.
This Court, by the order dated 13th November 2024, issued notice to respondent; however, the learned Advocate for the petitioner has not supplied copies of petition to the office. 2.
It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the instant petition, even otherwise the order impugned in the petition is interlocutory in nature capable of being challenged under Section 105 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908; hence, keeping all questions raised in the petition open to be agitated in an appeal in case decree goes against the petitioners, the writ petition stands disposed of.
