This is an application for extension of time to deposit the amount in accordance with order dated 13th June, 2022. The applicant was supposed to deposit the amount of Rs.2,00,000/- within a period of six weeks from the order dated 13th June, 2022. Subsequently two weeks time was granted by order dated 25th July, 2022. It is submitted that on account of circumstances beyond the control of the applicant, he could not deposit the money. By way of last chance, two weeks time may be granted to deposit the said amount.
