He has placed on record a copy of his letter dated 16th February 2024, alongwith postal acknowledgment. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification with today's date.

In view of the letter addressed to the petitioner, the learned advocate for the petitioner is discharged from the matter. 6.
