The order dated 07/08/2015 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, Radhanagari rejecting the Application (Exhibit 460) for framing of additional issues is taken exception to by way of the above Petition. The suit in question is at the stage where it is set down for final arguments and it is at the said stage that the application for framing of additional issues has been filed. The Trial Court has rejected the said application on the ground that it would set the clock back. In my view, having regard to the stage of the suit and also considering the fact that the suit is of the year 2001, no case for interference in the writ jurisdiction of this Court is made out. The above Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed.
