After arguing for some time, when I expressed my disinclination to grant any relief, at this stage, the learned counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of this application with liberty to file appropriate application before the court of sessions, after charge­sheet is filed.

Liberty is granted. Application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to approach the court of sessions at Islampur, Dist. Sangli, for his release on bail after the charge­sheet is filed.
