The Petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, seeking his early release considering his age as well as his old aged parents who need the assistant of the Petitioner for their day to day activities. 2.

The learned Public Prosecutor has tendered across the bar a report prepared and signed by the Additional Jail Officer, Yerwada Central Prison, Pune - 6. The same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. In the said report, it is stated that the Petitioner on completion of sentence awarded to him has been released from the jail on 15.02.2014.

In view of the above, nothing further survives for consideration in this Writ Petition. Hence, Writ Petition stands disposed of. 4.

Registry shall send a copy of this order to the concerned Jail
