Previous pre-arrest Bail Application was rejected by this Court on 22.06.2022. This is the second application for pre-arrest bail on medical ground. Learned Counsel for the Applicant states that the Applicant had undergone spine surgery in March 2022, which was prior to the rejection of previous bail application. 2.

No grounds are made out for entertaining the second bail application. The application is not maintainable. Hence the same is rejected.
