There are typographical errors in order dated 26/08/2022, which have been brought to my notice. These errors in the said order shall stand corrected as under:- (i) Page No.1- In the cause title of both the applications 1/3

name of Respondents shall be corrected to read as "The State of Maharashtra and Anr." instead of "The State of Maharashtra."

(ii) Page No.1- Appearance of Advocates shall be corrected to read as under:

(iv) Page No.2 - In second last line of frst paragraph the words 'Section 3(3), 4, 5 and 23 of the Pre-Conception and Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques Act, 1994' shall be replaced with the words "Section 3(3), 4 and 23 of the Pre-Conception and Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques (Prohibition of Sex Selection) Act, 1994 and Section 12 of the Notaries Act, 1952."

(v) Page No.2- In the third line of second paragraph the words "ABA/2238/2022" shall be corrected to read as 2/3

"ABA/2338/2022".

(vi) Page No.2- In the seventh line of third paragraph the word "Complainant" shall be replaced with the words "Dattatray Bavalekar".

(vii) Page No.4- In the seventh line of sixth paragraph the words "C.R.Noi.87 of 2021' shall be replaced with the words "C.R. No.87 of 2021".

(viii) Page No.5- sub clause (i) of seventh paragraph the words " Crime No.87 of 2021" shall be replaced with the words "Crime No.33 of 2022".
