There is no affidavit in reply filed by any of the respondents to this civil application. By this civil application, the applicants seek stay of the execution of the impugned judgment and decree dated 11th July, 2012 passed by the learned 3rd Ad-hoc District Judge, Solapur.

By an order dated 23rd September, 2014 this court while admitting the Second Appeal No.967 of 2012 has directed the parties to maintain status quo by interim order passed in this civil application. 3.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application, the said civil application is made absolute in terms of the ad-interim order passed by this court on 23rd September, 2014. No order as to costs.
