Writ Petitions are filed seeking payment of salary. Respondent Assistant Commissioner, Social Welfare Department was directed to deposit amount. Amount is deposited. Interim Applications are filed for withdrawal of the amount.

The learned A.G.P. on instructions, submits that approval has been granted to all the Petitioners and other three employees have been paid. Only one is remained to be paid. Approval has been granted to him also. Applicant may be allowed to withdraw the amount so that payment can be made to him. In view of the said statement of the learned A.G.P. Applicant is allowed to withdraw the amount of Rs.40,00,000/- (Rupees Forty Lakhs Only) deposited in this court with accrued interest, if any.

The learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that Writ Petitions may not survive.

In view thereof, Both the Writ Petitions and Interim Applications also stand disposed of.
