Applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No.141 of 2022 registered with Bhuinj Police Station, Satara for the offence punishable under Sections 307 r/w 34 of IPC.

Allegation against the applicant is, applicant under the influence of liquor not only dashed the car of the applicant but also attempted to kill and ran away. The co-accused who is arrested already named the applicant, as the driver of the vehicle. 3.

As such, there is enough material on record implicating the applicant in the crime in question which is punishable upto seven years, as the necessary ingredients are made out. That being so, no case for grant of pre-arrest bail is made.

The application as such stands rejected.
