Heard Mr.A.M.Savagave, learned counsel for the applicant.

This is an application for bringing legal representatives of respondent no.1B, since deceased, on record.

Respondent no.1B died leaving behind three daughters and sons, as set out in the letter dated 15.7.2014. Mr. Savagave invited my attention to paragraph 3 of the application. He submitted that in the letter, Advocate Sukand R. Kulkarni stated that he has instructions to appear on behalf of the proposed respondents.

In view thereof and for the reasons

2/2 CAS/1280/2014 stated in the Application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (A) and (B) with no order as to costs.

Amendment in the main Appeal shall be carried out within 14 days from today. Mr.Savagave assures that he will serve copy of this order on Mr. Sukand Kulkarni.
