This is an application for condonation of delay in preferring Criminal Revision Application (Stamp) No.463 of 2017. The applicant is convicted for offence u/s 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act. The conviction has been confirmed by the Appellate Court. Hence, the applicant has approached this Court by preferring the revision application. There is delay of about 206 days in preferring the revision application. For the reasons stated in the application and submissions advanced by the advocate for applicant, delay is condoned.
