Action under Section 390 of Code of Criminal Procedure Code be taken against respondent no.1. Respondent no1. shall

Dusane 2/2 15 alp 343.2018.doc appear before the learned Magistrate, Kolhapur on/or before 10th June 2019 and furnish bail bonds to the tune of Rs.15,000/­ with one or more sureties in the like amount. Respondent no.1 shall continue to cause his appearance before the Magistrate once in six months on the date assigned by the learned Magistrate. Upon failure to attend any two consecutive dates, the learned Magistrate shall make a report to the High Court and the prosecution would be at liberty to file an application seeking cancellation of bail.
