Our attention is invited to paragraph No.3 of the petition. Our attention is further invited to the averments made therein to submit that the petitioner without challenging the judgment and order dated 30th July, 2019 passed by the Hon'ble Minister, which was the basis for the further orders, has straightaway proceeded to file this petition for the following reliefs: "a.

This Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue writ of mandamus and / or any other writ order or direction thereby directing the Respondent No.2 to 3 to hold inquiry of Respondent No. 1 and its directors as per complaint

44-wp-8454-2021.doc filed by the petitioner as early as possible and also to lodge criminal complaint against the directors of Respondent No. 1 Sangli Krishi Utpanna Bazar Samiti.

b.

Interim and ad-inter relief in terms of prayer clause. c.

Any other appropriate relief in the nature and circumstances of the case be pass in favour of the Petitioner."

It is submitted that the respondents have merely complied with the directions passed by the Hon'ble Minister which order has not been challenged.

Keeping the liberty of the petitioner open to seek appropriate recourse against the order dated 30th July, 2019, passed by the Hon'ble Minister and keeping all contentions in the petition open, the petition is disposed of.
