Interim Application has been preferred seeking recall of order dated 29th April, 2022 passed by Registrar (Judicial-II) and for condonation of delay of 61 days caused in preferring the present Interim Application.

Learned counsel appearing for Applicant submits that the order came to be passed due to non-removal of ofoce objections. She submits that inadvertently ofoce objections remained to be removed which led to the conditional order coming into effect. 3.

For the reasons stated, Interim Application is allowed. First Appeal is restored to file.
