This is a petition filed by the petitioner who is a laboratory attendant challenging the judgment and order dated 22 April 2019 passed by the learned Presiding Officer, School Tribunal, Solapur. 2.

Learned Counsel for the parties agree that the reasons as set out in the judgment and order passed in Writ Petition no.9528 of 2019 are squarely applicable to the facts of this petition, which concerns the post 1/2

PVR 901.WP9614_2019.doc of a laboratory attendant which was held by the petitioner. In a similar manner, as in the case of the petitioner in Writ Petition No. 9528 of 2019, the petitioner in this case was orally terminated on the basis of a similar order passed by the Education officer cancelling the approval granted to the appointment of the petitioner. 3.

For the reasons which are set out in the judgment of this Court in Writ Petition No. 9528 of 2019, the reliefs as granted to the petitioner in the said Writ Petition in paragraph 29, also stand granted to the petitioner in the present petition.

Petition is accordingly allowed in terms of the orders as made in Writ Petition No.9528 of 2019.
