By this civil application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 87 days in filing the second appeal. The applicant has also annexed the medical report of the applicant in this civil application and has sufficiently explained the delay in filing the second appeal. 3.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application, civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). Delay of delay of 87 days in filing the second appeal is condoned. No order as to costs.
