We have also perused the affidavit-in-reply dated 15 April 2024 filed on behalf of the Collector. However, the said affidavit-in-reply does not contain any specific averment in respect of the observations made and concerns expressed by the Court in paragraph 10 of the order dated 17 January 2024. The learned Additional Government Pleader shall, accordingly, file an affidavit containing specific reply to paragraph 10 of the said order within two weeks'. 3.
