The above Petition has been filed principally for the relief of a direction to the Respondent Nos.4 and 5 to allow the Petitioner to be represented by an Advocate in the proceeding which has been initiated under Section 7A of the Employees Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 pursuant to notice dated 02.04.2018. The learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 on instructions states that the Respondents have no objection to the Petitioner being represented by an Advocate in the said proceeding.

The Petition is, accordingly, allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) and is disposed of.
