The applicants are seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No.550 of 2023, registered with Sangola Police Station, District Solapur Rural for the offences punishable under Sections 170, 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegations in the present matter are that the marriage of the niece of the first informant and the son of Applicants was performed on 29th May 2023 on a misrepresentation by the Applicants that their son was working in Military, which was revealed to be false subsequently after the marriage.

This Court on 10th August 2023 granted ad-interim MANISH SURESHRAO THATTE Date: 2024.06.12 12:28:18 +0530 MANISH SURESHRAO THATTE anticipatory bail to the Applicants and since then both the Applicants are on bail. In the mean time on completion of investigation the Investigating Officer has filed charge sheet.

2 of 2 9.ABA.2231.2023.doc Learned APP has strongly opposed the application on the ground that sufficient material is collected by the Investigating Officer during investigation.

After considering the allegations in the FIR and the material collected by Investigating Officer, I am of the opinion that custody of Applicants is not necessary in the present matter. Moreover, since Applicants are on bail for about last one year and there is no complaint about misuse of the liberty by Applicants, I am of the opinion that this application needs to be allowed. 7.

Accordingly Anticipatory Bail Application is allowed and disposed off. The order dated 10th August 2023 is hereby confirmed. (ANIL S.KILOR, J.) MST
