By the above Writ Petition, the Petitioner interalia seeks the following relief :

"(a) That by appropriate writ, Direction and Order of this Hon'ble Court, the Sub Divisional Officer, Solapur-1, Solapur, having address at Solapur District, be directed to hear the RTS Appeal pending before Hon'ble Sub Divisional Officer pursuant to the order dated 04.01.2014 passed by the Hon'ble Minister as early as possible;"

We are informed that the RTS Appeal is pending before the Sub Divisional Officer, Solapur since 30th August, 2018. The Sub-Divisional Officer, Solapur shall hear the Petitioner and the concerned parties and dispose of the same within a period of 8 weeks from today, strictly on merits. All contentions of the parties are kept open.
