This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to the Respondent No.2 Committee to take decision in respect of the proposal tendered by the petitioners for validation of the tribe certificate issued to them, as early as possible, preferably within a period of six months from today, after hearing to the petitioners and in accordance with the law. The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Scrutiny Committee on 27.08.2018 and that no separate notice is required to be given to the petitioner.

Writ petition is disposed of.
