It has been brought to my notice that there are following typographical errors :- (a) In paragraph 3, 4th line, the words 'illegally extracting sand' be substituted with the words 'inquiring into illegal extraction of sand'.

(b) In paragraph 3, 10th line, the FIR date is wrongly 1/2

(c) In paragraph 4, 3rd line, the time '11 p.m.' be substituted with '11:52 p.m.'.

(d) In paragraph 4, 3rd line, the words 'applicant and others' be substituted with the word 'Applicants'. (e) In paragraph 4, 4th line, the word 'family' be substituted with the word 'mother'.
