Perused the letter dated 14.02.2022 addressed by the Civil Judge Senior Division, Gadhinglaj and the order dated 19.01.2021 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 6940 of 2016. An unusual request is made by the learned Judge with utmost sincerity stating that he will do his best to dispose of the suit as early as possible and that he is hopeful that in the next year the suit will be disposed of. 2.

For the reasons set out in the letter dated 14.02.2022, time is extended by a period of 12 months to enable the Civil Judge Senior Division, Gadhinglaj to decide the suit within 12 months from today without seeking any further extension.
