ORAL ORDER: [PER M.S. KARNIK, J.]:

The petitioners seek a direction to the respondent No.5 - The Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Solapur to decide the proposals sent by respondent No.6 - Educational Institution and Head Master of the respondent No.7 - Secondary School to grant the individual approval to the appointment of the petitioners in the post of "Shikshan Sevak" within time frame.

Learned A.G.P opposed the petitions.

We find request made by the petitioners reasonable. Respondent No.5 - The Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Solapur is requested to decide the proposals sent by respondents No.6 and 7 which are subject matter of the present petitions within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order. If there are deficiencies in the proposals, respondent No.5 - The Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Solapur to communicate the said deficiencies to the management within a period of two weeks from the date of communication of this order. The management to comply with the requirements within a period of two weeks thereafter.

In case, approval is granted, respondent No.4 - The Deputy Director of Education to grant Shalarth I.D. expeditiously. 5.

The Writ Petitions are disposed of.
