Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant.

The first application was rejected by this Court on 13th October, 2022 by specifically observing that when the Court was not inclined to grant the relief, the learned Counsel for the applicant, on instructions, sought permission to withdraw the application and thereupon the application came to be dismissed as withdrawn.

In view of the aforesaid observation, there cannot be a fresh consideration of the prayer for pre-arrest bail. 4.

Hence, the application stands dismissed.
