Heard learned Counsel for the applicants and the learned A.P.P for the State.

Learned A.P.P makes a statement that as of today, no offence is registered as against the present applicants and if the police intends to arrest the present applicants, the Investigating Officer will give 72 hours notice to the applicants. Accordingly, in view of the statement, the application is disposed of on the following terms and conditions :

ORDER

(1) If the concerned Investigating Officer of the Solapur Police Station intends to arrest the applicants in connection with C.R. SQ Pathan 1/2
