Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of this petition, the Police have filed a 'B Summary Report' before the learned Magistrate. In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, nothing survives for further consideration in the petition, and as such, the petition filed by the petitioners seeking quashing of the FIR, now does not survive.

Needless to state that the petitioners are at liberty to file a fresh application/petition, if an occasion so arises. 3.
