The learned AGP has drawn our attention to the reply filed which in turn refers to establishment of a Divisional Fees Regulatory Committee and the Divisional Complaint Redressal Committee under the Government Resolution dated 26 February 2020. The learned AGP states that the issue raised by the Petitioners can be considered by the Divisional Complaint Redressal Committee. In the light thereof, we dispose of the Petition permitting the Petitioners to apply to the Divisional Complaint Redressal Committee, who will look into the grievance made by the RAJESHRI PRAKASH AHER Petitioners upon giving opportunity to the contesting Respondents.
