The Applicants apprehend their arrest in C.R. No.545 of 2022 registered with Sadar Bazar Police Station, District-Solapur, for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468, 471 and 37 of the IPC.

The aforesaid crime was registered pursuant to the FIR lodged by Jayshree Mahindrakar. It is alleged that the First Informant has purchased plot Nos.160 to 163 from Gut No.524/1 1/3

and Sub Division 524/2/B village Kumbhari, District -Solapur, from Madhukar Alle and Bansiddha Nirvane through their Power of Attorney Somling Maruti Nirwane. It is stated that after death of Bansiddha Nirvane, the Applicants had recorded their names on 7/12 extract. On the basis of the said allegations FIR was registered. 3.

Considering the nature of allegations, this Court had granted interim bail to the Applicant. Learned APP, under instructions from the Investigating Officer, who is present in the court states that the Applicants has reported to the Investigation Officer and has been interrogated. Learned APP further, under instructions states that investigation has been completed and chargesheet will be filed within two weeks. Considering the nature of the allegations against the Applicants and the material in support thereof, this is not a fit case, which would justify custodial interrogation. Hence, interim relief granted vide order dated 05/09/2022 stands confirmed.

Applicants to report to the Investigating Officer as and when required for the purpose of interrogation. 2/3

The Applicants shall keep the Investigating Officer informed of their current address and mobile contact numbers, and / or change of residence or mobile details, if any, from time to time. 6.

The application stands disposed of.
