Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners and the learned AGP for the Respondents. Considering the facts of the case, the Petition is disposed of by passing the following order :
ORDER
(i) We direct the Petitioners or their representatives to appear before the second Respondent on 10th August, 2015 at 11.00 am. The Petitioners shall produce a copy of this Petition along with an authenticated copy of this order; (ii) This Petition shall be treated as a representation of the Petitioners. The second Respondent shall take appropriate
wp9520.14.sxw decision on the said representation as expeditiously as possible and preferably on or before 30th November, 2015; (iii) We make it clear that we have made no adjudication on the entitlement of the Petitioners. All questions are left open to be decided by the second Respondent;
(iv) The Petition is disposed of on above terms; (v) All concerned to act upon an authenticated copy of this order.
