It is submitted by Mr. Dalvi, learned Counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner is a project affected person. Alternate land was allotted to the Petitioner ad-measuring 1.45 R. When the Petitioner went to take possession of it, it was found that there is a stay granted in the proceedings before the High Court at behest of the tenant. The Petitioner informed the said facts to the Respondents. The application is also filed before Respondent No.1 on 7th December, 2020 but no action is taken by the Respondent No.1.The learned Counsel submits that prior to the said date in July, 2017, application was also filed. 56-wp-8419-2021.doc Be that as it may, that the Petitioner has already filed application bringing all the aforesaid facts to the notice of Respondent No.1, the Respondent No.1 shall take decision upon the said application filed by the Petitioner, considering the merits and as per the policy expeditiously, preferably within four months from the date of appearance before Respondent No.1. The Petitioner may appear before Respondent No.1 on 7th May, 2022.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
