It is submitted that by misinterpreting the order passed by the learned Single Judge in the pending petition, petitioner is not permitted to take the amount due to him.

Learned AGP points out that the grievance can be more conveniently considered in the pending petition. As the petition is pending and order is interim in nature, it is appropriate that the petitioner moves necessary application in the pending writ petition and prays for the reliefs.
