Learned counsel for the Respondent Nos. 2 & 3 submits that in the fifth para of the aforesaid order, it has been inadvertently typed as "Criminal Application No. 527 of 2018 and Criminal Writ Petition No. 2496 of 2006" instead of "Criminal Application No. 527 of 2018 in Criminal Writ Petition No. 2496 of 2006". 3.

Accordingly, the number mentioned in the Order dated

APPW 403-19.doc 13.11.2019 be corrected as "Criminal Application No. 527 of 2018 in Criminal Writ Petition No. 2496 of 2006" instead of "Criminal Application No. 527 of 2018 and Criminal Writ Petition No. 2496 of 2006".
